safety at parties

THE LEGAL STUFF

Ponies enjoy a quiet environment to live and work in. We therefore must ensure the area is safe before allowing the ponies out.

We may require these assessments to be done over the telephone, by viewing photographs of your venue and using Google Earth, we can also usually make decisions on suitability on this basis and go through everything in detail with you before we attend. There will be a Dos & Dont's checklist for you on booking.

We like a quiet area, away from main roads, away from any bouncy castles, balloons, bubbles, other animals, football or other ball games and noisy machinery. Please discuss any concerns with us on your initial enquiry. London pony parties may require arrangements, provided by yourselves, for us to park and safely unload/load.

Footwear is important so no sandals, flip-flops or open-toed shoes, as ponies hurt if they accidentally tread on toes! Sturdy shoes with a small heel are advised.

Children should not scream or do anything that may startle the ponies. NO footballs, or flying objects. Dogs must be shut away for us to operate.

We will provide all necessary safety equipment including BS Standard and PAS approved riding hats, along with the optional body protectors which are available on your request.

We will discuss this all beforehand to ensure your London and Cambridge pony party is a memorable, but safe one.
